Our Calgary facility
CalgaryDC operates from a carrier-neutral Calgary facility certified to SOC 2 (Type II). Shared-cabinet units are installed by our staff; quarter, half, and full cabinets are lockable and dedicated to a single customer. Fifteen minutes of remote hands are included each month, with additional time billed at $50 per fifteen minutes. Customer hardware is turned up within one to two business days of payment once it is on site. The street address and delivery instructions are provided with your order confirmation — we do not publish them or accept unannounced visitors. The facility is independently audited and certified to SOC 2 (Type II), covering the security and availability of the environment your equipment lives in. A copy of the report is available to customers under NDA on request.
